I have no idea. It's a fascinating feat of engineering. If we were in Teyvat, I'd think that Anemo energy was involved, or perhaps something made of plaustrite... but I don't think either of those things really exists here, at least not the same way as I'm familiar with them.
Anemo has to do with wind. And plaustrite... it's a stone with anti-gravity properties. In Liyue, there's a building called the Jade Chamber which floats high up above the ground.
It's a very clever bit of engineering, actually. By constructing the base of the platform the building is settled on out of it, and by using additional plaustrite beneath the platform for buoyancy, it can carry quite a lot of weight.
