Is it hard to learn? I haven't seen a game like it in Sumeru before.

It's easy if you don't care about the rules! Each player has a tennis racket to hit the ball back and forth with over a net, and if you miss or hit the net, you lose that round.

Only the biggest football tournament in the world. There's a whoooole lotta countries that pick our their best for it.
