They're burn slash marks, so I think it was Shenhe herself. It might give a range for her assailant.

That's my first thought. I don't know how comfortable she was with that element, but it's what she had here.

In Teyvat, she wielded the power of Cryo. So... the opposite of what she had here, but she is smart and adaptable.

There was a flamethrower available for sale at IKEA, but it was purchased fairly quickly... do you think it might be involved?

The problem is not knowing who purchased it. And if it's kept inside their warehouse, no one but members of that team could go in to verify.

It's possible. ...that feels like it would be foolish, though, unless the culprit wasn't intending to get away with it. Why knowingly leave evidence like that behind?
