I don't know anything about this strange bird. I would assume this is further reinforcement to keep Froggystyle alive, with Yakumo and the frog. I'd assume Justice was drawn by Fukuzawa.

I don't think he's been quite as broke as people have been assuming. He's always been able to contribute to furniture we need for the warehouse when we've asked him to.

There's not enough puzzle pieces for me to make an accurate read of nothing but pictures. I don't know of someone who matches the yellow colored shark.
Their colors on the original message we received were BPR, Blue, Purple, and Red.
It does sound a little bit like wishful thinking, since I'm not sure we can afford to assume that help is coming and wait for it, but it's an undeniable fact that there is something very odd about this iteration of the Reaper's Game.
I think... we probably need to take action ourselves as if help isn't going to come, but be open to it if it turns out there is another faction out there somewhere.
