I suppose... It would be better if we found another way to get the results we want without resorting to doing such terrible things to each other. But we're already nearing the end of the competition and nearly half of us are gone. Even if there was a way, it's a little too late to do anything with it.

...it's all we can do to save anyone, but it doesn't make doing it feel any better. And it doesn't ease any of the victims' pain.
Wishing for another way doesn't make it so.
