That's the difference between subjective truth and objective truth, I suppose.
Shroomboars can be a source of mushrooms. They can also be a source of meat. Objectively speaking - they're both. But you can remove the mushrooms from the boar, and both can still exist separately. Plant the mushroom in the soil again, and it may continue to grow. Treat the wound where the mushroom had been embedded onto its back, and the boar can continue on with its life.
