For now, I think they need time. Which.. is a bit difficult, when we're on a deadline for making teams.

The deadline introduces more pressure in a situation that already has plenty of it. [she sighs.] ...but some of us might drag our feet without some sort of limit, so I can understand why, even if it's a little frustrating.
