Well... what's "best" is subjective, I think. It depends on how you're looking at it. If we're talking just in terms of physical safety, then I would agree it may be for the best. But there are other factors to consider as well - like you said, your friends and family. The way it's not a decision that would affect just yourself. Other things that are happening for you that I may not be aware of... all of those things come together, and will have an effect on you, in the end.
