They're just these little dolls made of cloth that you hang outside of windows. Since you guys are in Shibuya, you might be able to find some out there somewhere.

You'd be classified as a Descender, I think - someone not of our world. So Irminsul wouldn't keep records on you, but that doesn't mean the people wouldn't. The Traveler is famous througout Teyvat already, even though they haven't visited all seven nations yet.
