If it's the same number of people who were gone last week... there should still be enough of us with Healing Aura as our primary Psych to help, even if everyone who vanishes is a healer.

They were instructions - for someone to pick their best Reapers to be used in an upcoming Game, which would be inspired by another one that had happened previously.
I think it's likely that, originally, it was sent before this Game began.
