But... to take action this soon, I'm not sure they thought so far ahead. Even if you can earn more points through Erasure, doing so this early, before you know how many points you can earn by completing regular missions, is unwise. They might have earned more points for their team than completing a single mission would, but what about the remaining seven? If they get caught tomorrow, they've lost out on a higher amount of points over time.

And while it might get a little chaotic with thirty-eight of us trying to solve this... that's thirty-eight sets of eyes looking into whatever clues a single person has left behind. Statistically speaking, the odds are stacked against whoever did this.
