It's hard for most people. Everyone gets crushed down by the way the world is... they don't have anything else they want for themselves. No real hopes, or dreams. No light. Everything is just colored grey.
It seemed like it's something we'll find out as we go along. I guess in a way it would be unfair if only people who thought to ask got a hint about what they should expect.
Perhaps not. Although, they did say they would be around and reachable by phone tomorrow, so I'm going to give it a little bit longer in case I think of any questions I need to ask before I decide.

Depends more on who they are than just the fact they're overseers. That's usually how it goes... some of my coworkers all treated their employees pretty differently, even though we were all in the same position.
