It's an island nation far to the southeast of Sumeru. In talking with Kazuki and some of the others, I've learned that parts of it resemble a less modern "Japan".
Ah. I've never been there either but I've seen pictures online and in movies and stuff, so I can sort of see it. Japan's made up of a whole string of islands, too, so that's probably part of it. Have you shown him or the others places in Inazuma yet?
I think it would be. They'd probably love to see something familiar but still a little different. Comparisons can be fun just to see what things change.

Shu told me about a carnival he visited once. The bright lights, the hustle and bustle of other people... it seemed like a lot of fun. I'd like to ride a ferris wheel someday.

Ferris wheels are pretty cool. Especially when you get to stop at the highest point and see everything around the whole carnival. Some people think the daytime's best so you can see more clearly but the whole point is to see all of the lights in the dark. [ he tilts his head. ] Come to think of it you probably would like a carnival. They're pretty busy.

We're already here, but I'd hate to steal Shu's thunder. [ haha. ] But...okay. What do you want to see most out of the carnival that was described to you? The ferris wheel and the lights, obviously, but was anything else standing out?
It might be fun to try some of the carnival games... these VR things are sort of like a game themselves, aren't they? Is it possible to make a game within a game?
I think so. As far as I can tell it's all about making yourself imagine it clearly and the whole thing, uh, responds? At least I think that's right.
